Strong Partnerships in Vietnam
Our roots in Silicon Valley have not only shaped our approach to problem-solving but also led us to forge a strong partnership with the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI) at Fulbright University, and Vietnam Innovation Network in Silicon Valley (VINSV). Founded by Vietnamβs Innovation Center, VINSV’s mission is to connect the worldβs leading science and technology experts with practical needs in Vietnam. Through these partners, we have also connected with Can Tho University, a leading university and research institution in Vietnamβs Mekong Delta, Can Tho Department of Science and Technology, and Vietnam Korean Incubator Park (VKIP). Thanks to the support of our partners in Vietnam, we can access essential resources in Vietnam and enabling us to carry out our initiatives to provide effective solutions to Vietnam’s water challenges.
Mission Updates:
Climate Change Impacts on the Mekong Delta’s Water Supply and Quality
Our water team has been working tirelessly in the Mekong Delta, researching climate change impacts on water supply and quality. We have identified key challenges, such as saltwater intrusion, acid sulfate contamination, and brackish water, which pose significant threats to the region’s clean water future. Addressing these challenges is crucial for improving the quality of life for people living in the Mekong Delta.
Collaborating with Fulbright University and Local Institutions for a Hackathon
To foster innovative ideas and solutions, we have partnered with Fulbright University’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation to engage Can Tho University, Can Tho Department of Science & Technology, and Korea Vietnam Incubator Park. Together, we are organizing an innovation challenge aimed at developing sustainable solutions for the water issues facing the Mekong Delta. Through events like this, we want to create a playground for innovators and develop Vietnam’s climate technology ecosystem.
